1/31:Stripers are here
The Fiberglass jungle was in full force Saturday. The fish were still biting despite the hundreds of boats in just one spot.

Lots of ice at the Marina
It's been a little chilly here on the Outer Banks. A lot of wind and a lot of cool temperatures. We had snow twice so far which is rare.

11.20.10:Blackfin Tuna and Wahoo
The fishing has been great with catches of Blackfin and Yellowfin Tuna. We caught a White Marlin last week. We have been having some great fishing trips but my camera hasn't been so lucky. The following picture is from Nov. 20th with a great catch of Blackfin Tuna and Wahoo. My wife is dragging me early to go get some great deals after Thanksgiving, camera included.
Have a great Thanksgiving!

8/13/10: 2 Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin
The past two weeks have been tough for WestWind-had to rebuild an engine-but it was real nice to be back out on the water. The anglers did a great job reeling in some Blackfin Tuna and Dolphin. Congratulations to Keith and Donna for their catch and release of a Sailfish! Friday the 13th turned out to be a great day of fishing plus the boat ran great.
