Decemeber 12, 2012: Winter Fishing

The water has been a bit rough the last couple of days. Tis the season for great Winter fishing for Tuna. Call today!

12/1/12: Yellowfin Tuna

We were able to get out of the inlet even though the channel is not complely dredged. It was a pretty morning. The anglers brought home some nice size Yellowfin Tuna's.

11/11/12: Tuna and Dolphin

This weekend was one of the prettiest weekends we have had since the storms rolled through. It started off on Saturday; the first day we were able to make it out since the last Nor'easter. The fishing was a little bit slow. We did managed to catch a handful of Tuna's but Sunday turned out to be a much better day for fishing with a nice catch of Tuna's and Dolphin.

Pretty rough

Hurricane Sandy

Moved the boat out to the Marina to a safer place. Hopefully we won't get much sound side flooding. The tidal flooding has wiped out part of the Avalon Pier and flooded Beach road.

10/15/12: Meat Slam

The Tuna fishing has been improving everyday. We had a great catch of Blackfin and Yellowfin Tuna along with Dolphin and Wahoo. Fall fishing is one of the best times to be fishing and spending time on the Outer Banks.

9/30/12: Tuna and a Dolphin

Nothing like spending the day out on the water with your son. Anglers did an outstanding job bringing in Tuna. Plenty of fish to bring home for dinner. Enjoyed fishing with the Weston Men for the last two days.
